Elemica's Senior Director of Product Management, Gary Neights, will present at the The Chemicals and Allied Industries Customer Service Management Group (CCSMG) 2018 Spring Conference entitled "High Level Customer Service in the Low Country" from May 20 - 23.

Gary's session will discuss: What's New For Customer Service?

During this presentation Gary will give attendees a sneak peak at the solutions Elemica has been developing to help you deliver better customer service. This includes a new solution that automatically creates sales orders from fax and image files. This adds to our solution that already creates sales orders and sales order changes from email attachments. Even more cutting edge, we have new tools to help you detect and manage on-time and in full (OTIF) problems that might occur during order processing and shipping so you can be proactive with your customer.  These were designed based on input from CCSMG members to help you deliver better customer service
