Innovative Solution Removes Tedious Forensics Previously Required in Resolving Communication Failures

The patent is directed to Elemica’s next-generation QuickLink Network and is the third patent awarded to Elemica for recent developments to its proprietary supply chain operating network. The patent was issued for a feature of the network called Fix Me. Fix Me self-heals a variety of message failures that may occur between trading partners for numerous reasons. Elemica’s latest patented technology for setting and re-using context for message failures reduces the time it takes to support a partner on the network. Fix Me enables a user to store the context of a failure. Once in place, a user can fix the issue ‘on-the-fly’ and eventually automate resolving such issues.
