Collaborative VMI Project Generates a Win-Win for the Buyer and Supplier

Gary Neights, Senior Director of Product Management of Elemica was recently published in B2B News Network discussing a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) project  that proved to be a win-win for the buyer and supplier.

Automating the process removed the manual changes and reduced inventory variation.  Over the course of the project inventory was removed from the systems to optimize storage and working capital costs.
